Nipa and Neal's Travel Inspired E-Sesh- Boston Engagement Photography

Planning a wedding is such an exciting time, but what adds another level?  A Destination Wedding!  Nipa and Neal decided to have their wedding in Goa, India with a four day celebration with family and friends.  But they decided to take it a step further by bringing the travel theme into their fall engagement session also!  I love that their images capture the city's architecture along with the season but added that element of something unique!  Based off of their proposal story, it seems like this couple may make a habit out of special and unique ideas....here is how Neal popped the question...

"Neal had a friend send out an invite for a surprise end of the year party at the MFA for his wife. The morning of the proposal we went to the MFA together. We walked up the stairs to the rotunda and a photographer was waiting there. He said the host of the party wanted photos of all the guests coming in, so we stopped to take a photo. As we were standing there, Neal mentioned how nice this party would probably be and that he hoped one day he could do something nice for me. I laughed it off, and at that moment, he got down on one knee and said he wanted today to be that day. I immediately shrieked and told him to get up and that this wasn't a funny joke! A moment later, I realized he wasn't joking and wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and of course I said yes! We then walked down to the restaurant so I could "call" my parents and sister. Turns out, both of our parents, my sister, and our closest friends and family were all there to surprise me! It was incredible to have all my loved ones with me on this special day. Neal had organized a beautiful lunch with lots of surprises, including video messages from our friends who could not make it."

I am always amazed at the different stories of our couples, both how they started as well as their proposals.  It is hard to believe but they are all so unique, I love it!  Congrats to you both!  Here are a few of our favorite shots from the day!
